"Smart LPS 1D" is the optical sensor that uses laser light to precisely measure the distance to an object.

Generally, we see the correlation between accuracy and price However, our "Smart LPS 1D" is with a new technology called the "Low Aberration Light Receiver Module" to suppress shifts of the centroid, and by integrating a high-sensitivity sensor and signal processor, we achieve the high precision and low cost.

FAQ

You offere tow types of sensor spots; round and oval, but what is the differnece

The oval is less affected by surface irregularies, so this is the first choice. The round shape is more sutiable for small area measurement.

Can I use 2 sensors measurement at the same time?

Two "LPS 1D" can be linked for real-time measurement. This expands the range of applications, such as measuring thickness and height differences.

I can not connect to "Smart LPS 1D" from the software "Suruga LP Guage" How can I solve it?

There are three major reaons for unabling connect
1.If your PC's IP address is set to obtain automatically (DHCP mode), mannually set the IP address to a fixed value
2.If the search mode in "Suruga LP Guage"is 'P2P', please change it to 'Broadcast'.
3.if multiple sensors are with the same IP address, please set a separate fixed IP addresses to each sensor.
